• To ensure the good process of payroll, tax declaration and booking into the system
• To manage the petty cash • To update all expenses and revenues into the accounting system
• To prepare and update the account receivable
• To assist line manager in preparing the expenses and financial report
• To assist line manager in preparing the annual/ event budget
• To ensure all hard and soft documents are well managed
• To deal with stakeholders for all compliances
• To ensure all documents process complied to the internal policies and procedures
• To work closely with the General Manager for developing and implementing the Human Resource policies and procedure

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• Proven work experience as an Accounts/Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good knowledge in Tax and accounting standard
• Ability to be flexible, committed and work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven work experience as an Accounts/Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
